Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At GAXEL, we want our customers to shop with confidence. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused.
- The product is in its original condition.
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
- All original accessories, tags, and protective materials are included.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Returns requested after the 15-day return period will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, played with, customized, modified, or altered.
- Products showing signs of wear, impact, scratches, scuffs, or misuse.
- Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or care.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Products returned without proof of purchase.
- Gift cards, promotional items, or other non-returnable products identified at the time of purchase.
GAXEL reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a refund.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
To help ensure safe delivery, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. GAXEL is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
4. Refunds
Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved or denied.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
If a returned item does not meet the requirements of this policy, the refund may be denied and the product may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
5. Exchanges
GAXEL does not offer product exchanges.
Customers who wish to purchase a different product must place a new order separately.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging, if applicable
Failure to notify GAXEL within seven (7) days may affect our ability to process the claim.
7. Return Authorization Required
Before returning any product, customers must contact GAXEL Customer Support to obtain return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused, delayed, or returned to the sender.

8. Limitation of Return Rights
GAXEL reserves the right to refuse returns that:
- Do not meet the requirements of this policy.
- Appear fraudulent or abusive.
- Involve excessive return activity.
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
